Shipping & Refund Policy
We use UPS as our preferred carrier and offer Standard Ground, Express, and Overnight shipping options. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected. At this time, we only ship within the USA.
We ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We are unable to ship to U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping charges will be calculated at check out and will vary based on merchandise weight, the shipping destination, and type of service selected.
Standard shipping delivery varies from 1-5 days.

Only regular priced t-shirts are eligible for returns. Bandanas, shawls and statement pins are not eligible for returns.
If you are not delighted with your t-shirt purchase, please send an email to us within 14 days of the original shipment date, to request a refund and within 24 hours we will email you a pre-paid UPS shipping label and instructions to return the item/s to us. Please email our customer support team at SUPPORT@ROUNDPLUSSQUARE.COM to initiate a return.
For a t-shirt to be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be unworn, unused and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached and accompanied by proof of purchase. Monogrammed, personalized, sale or final sale items cannot be returned. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
We only exchange items that are found to be defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email within 14 days of the original shipment date, to our customer support team at SUPPORT@ROUNDPLUSSQUARE.COM to initiate your request.
If you wish to return an item that you received as a gift, and the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, using the above return process.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please contact our customer support team by emailing SUPPORT@ROUNDPLUSSQUARE.COM.
